Rational mind manual

Anxiety Healing and Anxiety Treatment

In a world full of falsehood, lies and financial interests, you have probably learned that anxiety is not treatable, that you will live with it your whole life and, if you take pills, you will manage to keep it under control so that it does not affect your life too much. That it reappears if you do not take the treatments and other nonsense like that, which forces you to make constant trips to doctors who will give you prescriptions, pills and other treatments, which actually forces you to live in fear.

Good. Erase all this information from your mind because they are lies issued by people who do not intend for you to "heal" but to contribute financially to a medical system that obtains income from people's suffering.

The first correct information: anxiety is a state of agitation, nervousness, fear, emotion produced by your body. It is an instinct for adaptation and survival. More correctly said is evolution.

So now you are on the way to becoming better, stronger, wiser. Here you have two options. The first – not to enter the evolution process and let the mind focus on anything else until the anxiety diminishes. The second option is to accept the evolution process and take it to the end. As a small parenthesis if you run away from anxiety and wait for it to pass, be sure that it will return after a period of time, perhaps stronger and more intense. You must understand that it is your mind's desire to evolve, to go on this difficult path but sprinkled with real rewards.

The evolution of the human mind does not follow a set of rules, and an evolved mind cannot be evaluated by the level of knowledge. The evolution of the mind is about processes and connections, it is actually a process evolution. The way you receive, discover and process information, the questions you seek and ask, your position in relation to a certain problem are just a few elements that make up an evolved and rational mind.

I don't want to make the story long so let's not waste time. After you finish the chapters of work, I will ask you to reread them one by one once a day. Why do I ask you this? Because the human mind processes information in several stages. Stage one is the acceptance of information, if you agree with logical parameters. Stage two is when the information becomes your own information, accepted and passed through individual filters. Then you start to transmit it to your subconscious through each rereading to memorize it because it is important. Stage three is when the information is completely yours and you take it out of your subconscious to apply it every time you need it.

You will see separately the rules that you must respect. You will respect them if you follow the three stages and the rules will actually become your rules. The rules will become principles of a solid, rational, strong but above all evolved life.

This is not actually a book but rather a manual that I never had and I would have liked. A manual that should have existed in school with a teacher to guide you. The manual of rational thinking and an evolved mind. After you learn it but especially after you understand it you will be able to control your thoughts and train your mind to go where you want it to be. You will understand the harmony of a healthy mind in a healthy body.

There are work chapters and they are put in a certain order to help you do each stage completely. After you finish the work chapters and the meditations I will offer you some directions where to try your newly acquired powers. From there on it will be a fabulous journey that you will take. The difference is that you will make it full of tranquility and inner peace and in harmony. You will climb steps and from an apprentice you will become a master. At this moment you will understand how great your potential is, how little you know, but how happy you are that you have arrived on this path. You will reach a unique ocean of tranquility because each of us is unique, sculpted by the way in which we have adapted to the situations we have experienced, developing unique mechanisms.

I am not asking you to trust me. I am asking you to trust yourself.

The point of view of anxiety explained

In the panic and confusion that engulf you, sometimes the hardest question is: what is happening to me? You feel like you are exploding, that the pressure inside you that is increasing will tear you to pieces, you feel dizzy, nauseated, stomach aches, chest pains, your fingers go numb and then tingle, your feet feel cold, the cold makes you lose control and tremble violently, you have sudden temperature variations – when your body temperature rises and you feel like you are suffocating, then immediately you start trembling from the cold with chills that shake you. The pain sensations are terrible, you hit a finger and it feels like your whole hand has broken, your bowel movements are never in order, your stomach hurts constantly and when it doesn't hurt it makes noises that make you embarrassed in front of the people around you. Your chest hurts, it hurts on the left where your heart should be, it hurts on the right where you assume your liver is. This is what a state of anxiety looks like and you have probably felt some or all of the above symptoms yourself, along with other maybe more cruel and or creative. It sounds like a big hell, doesn't it? That's what it is and this is what I mean when I say that you can stay in hell or run away. If you run away after a while you will end up in this mental hell again. If you stay then you will live with your demons, you will know them, you will see how they appeared and how they can be killed, you will turn hell into your home, your playground and the demons will become your toys. Some of them you will even keep as pets because they will become cute and small.

The road is long until there. It's hard. But you chose it so let's answer the questions that are inevitable in your mind.

Let's start with what is happening. Your mind is constantly evolving, accumulating information or going through emotions, situations. The more constant the evolution is, the more time you have to assimilate the development without it standing out. For example when you do the same workout day after day and you become stronger every day without it standing out and without you even realizing it. In a violent way, a difficult situation, a strong emotion, a terrible fear makes you evolve much faster. It's about the mental survival instinct that is activated in the case of strong emotions to prevent or avoid a trauma. Most of the time it doesn't resolve itself because there is no set of instructions, what to do, how to do it. That's the role of the rational thinking manual. So , your mind realizes as a result of the event or events that more is needed to be able to overcome, to survive and activates the evolution mechanism. It's just that it doesn't activate it like it does to a normal emotion and at a pace you're used to, like a car where the engine runs quietly at a few thousand rpm, but it takes it straight to full, your car goes straight to maximum speed in the red zone. Like when you go to training and the next day you see that you're twice as strong, twice as fast, twice as alert as you were yesterday. And this happens suddenly. So you start asking questions, is it good, is it bad, can I cope now that everything has changed. You used to be normal or to be weak, now you're not, is it a dream that will end, is it a nightmare maybe or is it reality.

This is what happens inside you and this is what you actually feel. The increase in your power to a level that has never been before and very quickly. In order to master your new powers you must understand them, accept them and why not develop them further. I will explain part of it and leave the other part to your analysis to discover yourself as an organism. What you didn't know about yourself, what each button of your body does, how it is activated, how magic is achieved but especially how you make the transition to superhuman qualities. If you wonder why you should do this, I will answer you with a question: when you buy a new phone, do you check what each function and each button does? Did you receive an organism some time ago – did you look for each function and each button?

Let's go back and see what happens in general and then we will particularize. Physical evolution is manifested by the activation of the sense organs.

The eyes become alert and focus with fantastic clarity, the ears hear very light noises, the smell detects tens, hundreds, thousands of aromas, your skin becomes receptive and you feel any touch. Separately, you will notice that you also have a magnetic sense and an energetic sense. These two senses are not often found in books, but they exist, and those who have gone through such processes can recognize them and, why not, develop them.

Let's start with each element and correlate it with what you feel.

The eyes focus excellently. For a few seconds, if you look at an object, you notice the details of the highest level. In the few seconds of staring, you will actually feel how the image is brought closer or further away, like a kind of zoom. Separately, you will notice that your eye adjusts the clarity and you will actually feel how it does this, as if it applies decoding filters. Why does it do this? To identify the danger to you as an organism. The pros and cons now. When this zoom is done, the frame remains in the fog and the focus highlights what you have selected to look. If you do not find anything threatening then your eyes will continue to search, repeating the zoom and clarification process. This means that you will see fog - clear - fog - clear very quickly and many times in a short period of time, which will lead to a feeling of dizziness accompanied by a feeling of nausea, loss of control. Close your eyes and you will notice that these symptoms disappear quite quickly. You knew this since you were a child. When you felt strong fear you closed your eyes and squeezed them tightly so that they would no longer search in vain and amplify the feeling.

Headaches and migraines also come from the eyes, because during intense focusing, in addition to the terrible straining of the eye muscles, you won't even blink so as not to lose visual information. Just like a protection mechanism but with effects on ocular lubrication. This way the retina dries out, blinking becomes fast and superficial and in a few hours you end up feeling scratches when you blink. Eye drops don't help (not a little and in the short term). Only you help yourself because you have the lubricating glands of the eyes with which you can keep your eyes in optimal condition. So an adaptation to better vision means dizziness, nausea, migraines, headaches or neck pain. Over time you will see that you adapt and control the clarity of the zoom and eye movement. Over time you will see that after you adapt you can also develop your sense of seeing further, clearer, more colorful.

The development of hearing is perhaps the most obvious. You feel loud noises so loudly that they actually torment you. Hearing is correlated with the inner ear of balance. An adaptation to better hearing will give you balance problems, you will feel like you can barely stand on your feet, you will lean on objects like an old man and through this suffering you will develop a sense of hearing. As a parenthesis, you will understand what animals with impeccable hearing feel when the fireworks and firecracker celebrations begin.

The development of smell brings you stomach connections from nausea, disgust to intense hunger or intense appetite. Unfortunately, the human sense of smell is poorly developed, and anatomically it is processed in the central lobe responsible for the rational part. We will discuss this later, for now we are discussing what you feel. The development of smell trains the stomach's preparations. When you want to eat something, you activate the processes necessary for the digestion of what you will ingest in the body. You also produce hormones that regulate and analyze whether you need to eat or not. Cravings, desires of food speed up digestion to make room for another ingestion. Speeding up digestion is done by shortening the time it takes for the food bolus to pass through the intestines. Peristalsis is the normal contraction and relaxation movement of the intestines to push the food bolus through while the nutrients in it are absorbed. When identifying a threat or danger, as happens in anxiety when you have the impression that you are in danger, speeding up digestion, which means tensing and relaxing, moves become much stronger and much faster so that you can deal with the threats and not digestion. As a result, you enjoy cramps, bloating, diarrhea. To conclude this not exactly pleasant symptomatology, I suppose that constipation is also obvious when the body blocks digestion for an imminent danger. If it were just a stop like a healthy fear of something real, there would be no problem, but over the course of several hours of digestion, multiple stops, starts, stops, starts are made. A piece of earth if it stays still hardens. If it is moved all the time, it remains elastic.

In fact, irritable bowel syndrome is a sensitive bowel syndrome. If you look at an anatomy chart, you will notice that the colon is around the stomach. That it has two corners on the right and left under the ribs. That is where the pain is most commonly reported. The manipulation in the language of the medical system says to run to the doctor if you have pain on the left or right that it could be something serious. It actually makes you think that it could be something serious and to go to the doctor. From the pain to the consultation, you have emotions that stop and start again and after a few hours you start all over again in a vicious circle. The doctor makes you do a few dozen tests and, while waiting for the results, you have intense emotions like "what if it's something serious?". The emotions start the circle again, the pain reappears. The tests come out good and you receive a set of medications to ease digestion. And yet your digestion has no problem, it just needs time. Be careful what you eat, don't overdo it and control your emotions and that's how you solved the false problem. This is why sedatives or alcohol work, because they limit emotional experience for a period of time. It would be really interesting to receive a prescription from the doctor that says: for good digestion, drink alcohol 3 hours a day. It's exactly the same with the treatments you receive because a pill regulates one thing but breaks another. And you don't have anything ruined.

Let's get back to hyperactivation of the senses and taste. The activation of taste is made to counterbalance the digestive effects of anxiety. The intensity of taste determines salivary secretions. What role does saliva play? Roles, as there are several, two of which are particularly important: to decrease stomach acidity and to provide lubrication. In a state of anxiety, digestion is stopped or accelerated. At the stomach level, if it is stopped, then acid production will increase because in any case, the ingested food must be crushed. The processes are opposite, on the one hand the stomach does its job of processing food and on the other hand the mind says stop we have something more important to do, a threat needs to be treated. This break can only be achieved with the help of saliva and that is why one of the most common symptoms is dry mouth. Likewise, pain on the left side in the upper area of the ribs caused by increased stomach acidity. You can do a salivary gland stimulation test when you have pain on the left. The exercise requires you to move your tongue up and down, brushing your teeth to increase the production of the glands. Once swallowed you will see the effects very quickly in a few seconds the pressure and pain are relieved. (on this occasion you have thrown away a packet of antacids in the trash, right?)

Let's go back to smell and emphasize its importance and role. Smell activates the rational part, so from time to time sniff the air around you deeply and decode the smells that are hidden in it. It is the most important exercise that you must do along with breathing exercises. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth three times, counting in your mind. The fourth breath is done entirely using only your mouth, inhaling and exhaling. The role of this exercise is very important because it activates the rational part and puts it to work, calms your heartbeat according to the rhythm of your breathing, that is, the rhythm established by you. (breathing through your mouth will become a sigh and sighing means recalibrating your heartbeat). In theory, it sounds good, easy and simple, right? You don't know how wrong you are. Breathing control in anxiety is what leads to a panic attack or, on the contrary, what stops the panic attack from occurring. It will be hard, terrible, feeling of lack of air, you can't breathe through your nostrils, you will feel like you are suffocating. But, the great gift, this is a fight for control. Your control over your body. Even when you let a breath or two through your mouth because you can't resist breathing through your nose anymore, it's all called control. Temporary release of a greater flow of oxygen. The only aspect you have to keep in mind is that you have to empty your mind of everything and think of a sentence practiced every day. An example is: only breathing matters 1, only breathing matters 2 only breathing matters 3 We will repeat these instructions from time to time because I expect few to read everything and many to search a little here and there.

Also, following the process, I encourage you to develop various breathing exercises taking into account the two important elements. The first as a majority you must breathe through your nose to have a reduced volume of oxygen and the second to use counters and key sentences to have the rational part active all the time.

Let's continue the answers to what happens with sensitive development. Sensitive development is internal and external. The part where you feel pain, pressure, pressure during digestion is an internal sensitivity also acquired to evolve. Think that most people don't even feel this, think that you didn't feel this before either. On the other hand, external sensitivity will be at least ten times greater. A small cut will feel like a major wound. The body's allergic reaction will be exaggerated but on the other hand normal in relation to the intensity of the sensitive stimulus in the body's attempt to take all protective measures.

The muscle pains that you normally didn't feel now you feel. You feel your heartbeat, you feel your muscles, you feel everything and at a terribly high level. In fact, it's a new sensation because until now you weren't aware of it and your ability to feel so intensely.

Everything you feel must be explained because it has a clear anatomical explanation. You have to explain them and understand them and understand that it's perfectly normal. Their causes, their functionality. Be very careful, though, to be careful about how you draw conclusions. The example here: if you fish in a lake, you will very likely catch normal-sized fish. Very rarely will you catch a gigantic one. It's the same with conclusions – don't think that something gigantic because the chances are 1%. In 99% of cases it will be normal. In 1% of cases stomach pain can be cancer – in 99% of cases it's indigestion. 1% is a serious illness and 99% is something easily curable. You also apply the same percentages when it is repeated that your chances do not increase or decrease.

Normally you have to check the memory of pain. The memory of pain is recorded during a very painful past event that shocked and scared you. You have to think about what happened to you, how it happened to you. You have to take the unfortunate event to study to recall the memory. A little every day. Never more than 30 minutes. You have to check the details of the memory, where you were, what you were doing, how you were dressed, what part of the day it was, what the brightness was, what smells were in the air or the colors around you. All the details that you recorded. Then you have to remember what you thought, what reasoning you did then, but especially what you said and what you decided never to do again as a direct result of the event. After you have identified this, look into the past to see how many times you actually kept your word just to avoid ending up in the dramatic situation again. As you know, this is the most common human error. The moment you decided not to do a certain thing, you practically locked the trauma in a box and you are constantly afraid that the box might break and the demon hidden will escape. Since you actually made the box, you will be afraid of yourself, you will doubt yourself that you can keep the box closed, maybe you will be inattentive or maybe you will forget. This is how you put doubt in your soul and raise fear to a statue that you cannot even touch.

This box will appear constantly over time, especially if the activity you have decided not to do is habitual and you encounter it all the time. You have actually established a protocol for remembering fear and you carry it with you all the time. It may be easy to carry a box on your back all the time, but in ten years when you will have a hundred boxes made on the same reasoning, how do you think it will be? That's why I told you before that sooner or later you have to open the boxes and set fire to what you put in them. If you understand that no situation can be repeated identically. There are many small or large differences, but the most important thing is that you are older and more experienced, but especially that you have already lived a negative version. If something negative happens like the last time, you already know that you survived then. The second time will be easier because it will not even surprise you anymore.

This mental cleansing stage must encompass your entire life. You must search for memories daily. You look for pleasant and unpleasant memories. You study the unpleasant ones to see what restriction you have placed on yourself over time. The restriction is actually the box in which you have hidden a fear. The way you look for restrictions must start from your daily activities. Everything that you repeat every day. Check if you interrupt an activity that you are used to every day, what happens and what you think about. If you pay attention to the state of nervousness that appears as a result of interrupting a habit, you will see that your mind will go towards the initial reasoning that created the habit.

Let's talk a little about panic attacks. You know what I'm talking about, you know the state of loss of control and terrible fear. You know when you first went to the doctor and asked him what was going on and you saw his serious, serious look and the attitude that seemed to tell you that you were lucky to have escaped with your life. Another lie, but it's already becoming a habit. A panic attack has never put your life in danger because a panic attack is harmless. Apart from relatively mild symptoms, a rapid heartbeat and a little trembling, a panic attack does not produce any other effects. Only you can produce other effects and act during a panic attack. If you do absolutely nothing, a panic attack will be exactly like a soap bubble that grows and grows and disappears without a trace. The sensation is not physically pleasant, but if you think about it, it is not the most unpleasant sensation you have ever experienced. The solution to a panic attack is inaction. Stop any body movement, close your eyes so that you no longer need to blink and just breathe. But without moving anything and paying attention to your immobility. Move your focus from your toes to the top of your head in your verification that nothing moves. With this solution you achieve several things: you keep the rational center active with the order given by you not to move. You notice the increase in intensity then you notice the disappearance of the pressure and its dissipation when it ends in a few minutes.

Of course I am talking about panic attack situations that are correlated with the absence of a real and present threat near you. If a bear appears in front of you then I really ask you not to respect the motionless state and see if you can beat the record in running.

Let's get back to it, panic is actually an upgraded form of fear. Fear is your decision. You choose whether to activate fear or not. Fear is correlated with the survival instinct but based on your self-confidence and the relationship you have with yourself. That is, you see an event – you evaluate it – then you decide whether you should be afraid or not. So it's your decision. Very rarely will you resort to the fear solution if you have forgiven yourself for the mistakes you have made over time, and mistakes is the term you have chosen to argue with yourself, also if you trust yourself that you handle things, better or worse, the best thing to do is to be content with how much you will do and how much you will achieve. (very often satisfying for you is actually satisfying for those who you represent and want them to be proud of you. I point out something very important: only you should be satisfied with what you did or how much you did, the rest, no matter who they are, have no right to give their opinion on whether you succeeded or failed because it doesn't even matter. Only your opinion matters about you and if you think you did well then that's all that's needed)

Fear is an emotion just like joy. It hurts you just as much as joy. On the other hand, it does you a lot of good because it forces you to adapt, to get out of your comfort zone, to stop any of your rules and to evolve. And evolution means suffering, patience, hope. To endure knowing that it ends at some point. In the end, you will be better, stronger, more confident in your strengths and to analyze and cleanse the traces of suffering from your soul. Suffering will always exist in your mind. You can't erase it, you can't forget it, but you can accept it and frame it as suffering that actually meant the beginning of your recovery and strengthening.

To be strong as a human being, you need weapons. Among the most important weapons are faith, positivism, humor, patience, curiosity, understanding, acceptance. You were born with them but you didn't use them constantly and time puts rust on any sword or shield. You have to train every day as much as you can so that you can use all the arsenal you have at your disposal. Just you is all you need to win. You don't need anything else. You and the weapons inside you. You can help yourself with friends, people who love you, family or simple things that give you peace, but in the end you will fight the battles alone. You have every chance to win because the human body is fabulous and the human mind is incredible. However, you have the chance to lose, and this will not happen because you cannot win, but because you are not yet willing to fight to the end; you still want to stay in this state or you are simply afraid of the change that victory brings. So maybe you will retreat or you will be defeated. Do you know what comes next? Another battle. You retreat, regroup and start fighting again. No matter how many times you lose, another battle comes next. This will happen until the moment you accept that you have to fight for yourself. Then you will give it your all and then you will always win. I trust you because I know your potential. I know what you are capable of and I know what you can achieve. You have to choose to want.
